Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm the booking?
In busy periods we usually require a down payment corresponding to the first night for stays up to three nights and two nights for longer stays. In case of a cancellation the deposit is repayable as follows:
- notice of termination at least 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- cancellation from 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
- cancellation 6 days before arrival or no-show: no refund
What are the hours of check-in and check-out?
Check in from 14.00 to 22.00, check-out before 10.00.
Is half board availabe?
the service is carried out in certain periods of the year, ask for information when booking. Anyway, in the surrounding area there are excellent restaurants, some of which have an agreement with us where you can enjoy local specialties at reasonable prices.
Is there a boots heating system in the ski room?
there is no boots heating system, however the deposit is warm enough to avoid boots freezing in the night. For those who wish to wear warm boots in the morning we can book a locker with boot warmer at the arrival of the cable cars in Pecol. The service is excellent and at a competitive price.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pet are allowed.
Is a shuttle available to the ski slopes?
as part of the prevention of the spread of Covid19 and other seasonal viruses, the service is provided limited to those arriving in Val di Zoldo by public transport.
Do you have a gluten-free menu?
kindly inform us of any specific dietary needs when you book, we will do our best to provide you with gluten-free food.
In addition to the Ski Area Civetta what other areas are easily accessible from Val Di Zoldo?
Those who subscribe the Dolomiti Superski pass can easily ski to Alleghe (30-40 minutes), take the Ski Bus to Malga Ciapela (20 minutes) and start skiing in the Sella Ronda. Moreover the Civetta is the perfect base for the ambitious Great War Tour (free shuttle from Selva di Cadore).
How do I reach the hotel with public transport?
You can reach Belluno or Longarone by train and from there take the bus (number 25) that brings you to Zoldo Alto. The bus stop is opposite the hotel.
What time is breakfast?
breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.00, breakfast room closes at 9.30.
How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?
The Pecol cable car area, where you will find the lifts, ticket office and ski rental, is 1 mile away.
